The Artisan Traveler's Leather Folio is the largest writing surface in our range, made from buffed and tooled leather by our artisan partners in India, families we have worked with for over a decade. It opens completely flat, so a long thought never fights a resisting spine, and the leather softens and deepens into a rich patina over years of use. Choose the A5 (5.8" x 8.3") for bedside reflection or the A4 (9" x 11.5") for full-page thinking at the desk, in brown or green.
Inside, three elastic strands and antique-gold grommets hold two notebooks of tree-free khadi cotton paper, handmade from cotton waste at 120 gsm: substantial, bleed-resistant pages, 50 unlined sheets each, with a kraft folder for loose inspirations.
When the notebooks fill, the folio remains. Swap in fresh inserts, and the same leather carries a decade of drafts, plans, and quiet evenings. It makes a considered gift for the writer with a book in progress, a consultant who thinks on paper, or a retirement worth marking.
